How I can use the call credits?
The call credit is the available balance shared between all users on your account to allow local, national or international calls. Incoming calls are free (except 1-800 numbers). (see rates).

What are my payment options?

What if I have traditional phone lines?
If you want to keep the same number, we would have some options: The first is to check if we can make porting the number and migrate to Vozy, also we can integrate your landline with a voip device to continue using the same number.
Is it required to sign a long term contract?
No, Vozy offers a monthly payment option so that you can pay as you go for your business needs. One-year payment plans are also available and will keep you locked in at the lowest rate.
